‘Act like a lady, think like a man’
- Steve Harvey, author of ‘Act like a lady, think like a man’ gueststarred on Oprah today. Single women reached out to him on the show for desperate advice on men. Despite answering some of the silly questions that the woman were actually serious about, e.g. “Should I sleep with a man after he’s spent money on me?” (….uh that would make you a prostitute dear..) and “This guy dumped me after three dates, Why?” (…lol uhh maybe cos he was just not that into you..); he did offer some words of wisdom:
“Real men are not afraid of standards and requirements.”
“Chivalry is not dead. You gotta make standards to make chivalry come your way”
“The number one reason men cheat is because there are so many women out there willing to cheat with them.”
“God would not create your soulmate and not allow you to meet him.”
“Intent doesn’t matter - it’s the outcome.”
“If he can’t love his mother, he is incapable of loving you”
